The Center for Outcome Analysis employs the Personal Life Quality Protocol (PLQ) in many of its studies.  The PLQ is a comprehensive battery of Quality of Life measurement instruments.  It is modular - individual scales and measures can be selected or left out, depending on the nature of the task at hand.
